Priority telephone support is available on a charge per incident basis of £125. A senior developer will phone you at a time convenient to you, and work through your problem until it is resolved. The fee will be waived should the issue be identified as an error in XLAnalyst. All standard licenses entitle customers to free updates for 12 months, registered customers will also be entitled to attractive upgrade pricing on future products. |
